Before the Bridge

I blipped this last night, but I had to post it here, too.  It's a new track from one of my favorite bands.  Their CD isn't out yet, but you owe it to yourself to check them out.  I once described their sound as a cross between Tom Waits and Pere Ubu (not that many people know Pere Ubu).

Oh... the name of the band is Future Islands.  They're from Baltimore.

My dogs were howling so I had to turn it off. Pere Ubu used to open for Captain and Tennille, but were fired because audiences left before Cap and Tennille could get their rock on. And they could ROCK!
