The Worst Merger in History

Remember when AOL was the Internet?  Not so much anymore, huh.  Well... back in 2000, it was a huge merger.   It ended up being a disaster.  The two companies finally split in 2009.  Former Time Warner CEO, Gerald Levin, and former AOL CEO, Steve Case, sat down with CNBC for an interview.  Levin blames himself.  It's a fascinating dialogue about corporate culture.
