City of God

I've been obsessing over Rio De Janeiro recently... after having stumbled across this amazing EarthCam stream.  I've wanted to go since watching Blame It On Rio with Michael Caine.  I mean... I love Brazilian music.  The scenery is breathtaking   The women are beautiful. 

City of God came out in 2002.  It showcases the other Rio - the world of the favelas (slums) that cling to the hillsides.  I think it's a masterpiece.  Shocking.  Intense.  A stunning film.
