Objectification
I received an e-mail from an older gal a few weeks back who wasn't exactly thrilled with The Infinite Ache. She said it was "filthy" (can't wait until she sees Liquid Candy) and asked if I enjoy objectifying women. My answer? Yes, I do. Of course I do. I'm a man; the female body turns me on. Asian women. Black women. Tall women. Thin and petite. Big and beautiful. Each time we lust, we objectify. When you close your eyes and think back to how your man fucked you... the weight of his body, the smell of his skin... you're objectifying him. We may be at the top of the food chain, but we're still animals... hard-wired with primal needs and desires.
What separates a misogynist from the average guy, though, is that he only sees women as sex objects. They exist solely for his pleasure. Everything in life is about balance. Objectify your lover, absolutely... but love them and care for them and (above all) respect them. Treat each other as equals and appreciate every delicious inch of his/her mind and body. To me, The Infinite Ache is a house of worship - a place to kneel and pray to the almighty Goddess. Amen.

Oh well. I get that some people have issues with sexuality. We all have our limits. I've been to some sites that disgust me, but it's not my place to judge. I just don't visit the site again; problem solved. This country needs to lighten up. The human body is a beautiful thing. Sex is a natural part of life. It's kind of ... silly.
Part of coming for me is being objectified. The other part is physical. But the mental part is being seen as this luminous, floating feature of a man's fantasy.
