The Buena Vista

One of my favorite drinks.  It's a variation on the classic mojito.

1. Muddle a few mint leaves, 1/2 lime (cut) and 1 tsp of sugar in a shaker
2. Fill the shaker with ice
3. Add 1 1/2 tbs of Captain Morgan rum and 1 1/2 tbs Peachtree Schnapps
4. Add 1/4 cup Bacardi Limon rum
5. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass over ice

It's strong, but damn tasty...
